unable to boot system because the wireless keyboard doesn't or the computer doesn't hook up with bluetooth because system won't boot up. Have a password and if the keyboard doesn't hookup no singles can be exchanged.

In case your wireless keyboard is faulty, you will need to temporarily connect a wired keyboard instead. If nothing else, you should have one available to you for just such situations in the future.
