The link for Mojave doesn't work. Says the item is no longer available.

Is there another source? Trying to upgrade from 10.13 to 10.14, trying to avoid 10.15 given all the bad reviews about so many applications no longer working.

The link on the help page ending in .../en-us/HT210190 is the one that doesn't actually work.

Of course it works.

Please use Safari to access the following link do not use Firefox

How to upgrade to macOS Mojave - Apple Support

Go to Section b4 and click on Get macOS Mojave.

Before upgrading make a full back up of your Mac.

Check that third party apps you use have updates available for the new OS.

https://roaringapps.com

Check that your printers/ scanners etc have updated drivers and software available for the new OS.

Connect your mac to your router via cable rather than rely on WiFi.

Do not use your mac while it is downloading

and do not use any other devices that share the same internet connection.

If the App Store says Open then it is detecting a previous download of the install app

go to the Applications folder locate Install macOS Mojave.app.

Move it to the Trash, empty the Trash.

Restart, click on the link again, the App Store should say ‘Get' or 'Download'.

The correct link for macOS Mojave is:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210190

Only download the Mojave installer from Apple! I´ve just tried the link it and it works on my iMac using Safari. Make sure you scroll down to to section 4, that gives you the link to the Apple Store from where you download the Mojave installer. Assuming you use Safari it might be a good idea to first clear Safari´s cache and then re-boot your MacBook! To clear Safari´s cache you have to make the hidden-by-default Developer Menu visible:

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/safari/sfri20948/mac

Once you have the Developer Menu showing select it and scroll down to "Delete cache". Re-boot. Hope this helps you! Regards, Ian.
