My activity tracker shows my workout for today but my exercise ring doesn’t show any movement. Same for another friend. Any advice on what’s going on would be appreciated. I shut the phone and watch down but that didn’t work.

Activity Tracker Inaccurate The activity tracker on both my iphone and apple watch are both showing inaccurate information. It's got my exercise ring going BONKERS, which ultimately affects my move ring as well. I've tried updating, restarting, etc. It started on January 1st, coincidence? Workout not added to my exercise ring Hi all Until yesterday all my exercises was counted on the exercise ring no problem. Today, I have walked 37 minutes, I was tracking it using the apple watch track, I can even see the workout in the end of my daily report BUT it the exercise ring is displaying 5 minutes. I have turned on and off both phone and watch and the issue was not fixed. Important to mention that I have not change any setting or made any update. Fitness ring greyed out on my iPhone Since yesterday, the ring in Fitness app greyed out didn't track my movement anymore. I have tried restarting the phone, deleting and reinstalling the Fitness app. And updated to latest IOS this morning, IOS 16.1.2. And in setting, Motion Calibration & Distance option is On. I am using iPhone SE2020, and don't have iWatch. My wife bought iWatch 3 days ago and she is paring with her own Apple ID, but we are sharing the iTune accound if it matters. Thanks in advance.
