Activity Tracker Inaccurate

The activity tracker on both my iphone and apple watch are both showing inaccurate information. It's got my exercise ring going BONKERS, which ultimately affects my move ring as well. I've tried updating, restarting, etc. It started on January 1st, coincidence? Anyone else having the same issue?
