Activity rings not connecting with workout

My activity rings are not logging my movement correctly, and when I log a workout it doesn’t record those minutes in the exercise rings. I’ve recalibrated my watch, I’ve restarted both my watch and phone, I’ve unpaired and repaired my watch to my phone, and I’ve checked all of the privacy and other features of the like. The activity app will show my workout at the bottom but not in the rings. The workout recorded is accurate including the GPS feature.

The exercise ring doesn’t measure time of a workout, it measures time of intense activity where your heart rate is above normal. So, for example, on a walk, it’s harder to get your heart rate up for a long period of time and therefore harder to get all 30 minuets of exercise credit. Your Watch uses a lot of different data in it’s calculations as well.
