Temperature warning on my iPhone. What to do?

Recently my phone has started getting unusually warm. Sometimes too hot to hold in my palms. Got an Temperature Warning too. Drains Battery and gets hotter on FaceTime or WhatsApp Video calls.

I have switched off Location Sharing, Uninstalled Unwanted apps

Still same situation

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

The only thing that I can think of short of having the phone evaluated, would be to backup, restore to factory settings and restore the backup. If that fails, restore as new.

I’m not real confident that would work because it seems to me that it’s a hardware issue, but in can’t know that for sure and since none of the stores are open, it can’t hurt to try.

Thanks for the Information

But my friend even I know these Do's and Don't. They are applicable for any phone in this matter not only Iphone.

I am talking about sitting in my couch, using the iPhone and its getting hot.

Room temperature is normal, it's very unusual.

As it's happening now. Apart from visiting the apple store any solution will be helpful. As due to Covid19 everything is closed down.
