When I try to sign into Apple Support Communities using Safari I get a Safari Can't Open Page error.
When I use Firefox I can sign in with no difficulty.
This is a new problem. Safari fine for years until today.
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

I downloaded the Certificate (Apple IST CA 2 - G1 Certificate) from the thread you gave me and it worked!!

To be more accurate, the Support Communities website seems to be the only problem. Every other website I've tried works fine with Safari.
Additionally, I can sign in with Safari on my iPhone. So the problem seems limited to Safari on my iMac.
