My phone won’t turn on and keeps saying Apple.support.restore

I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried everything. My iPhone recently broke and had lines on the screen. The lines eventually became a black screen and now every time I try to open my phone it flickers on and off and says Apple.support.restore
