Frozen iPad screen

My iPad mini has been frozen on the apple screen and I tried a hard restart or what ever you call it and it still won’t work I let it sit for an hour in the charger and it still ain’t working

If those are cracks in your screen and your device has been dropped it’s possible that something inside has broken.
