I can't update an app I bought with a different Apple ID.

I have purchased an app from the apple store. Later on, I changed my Apple ID. With my new Apple ID I am still able to access the app but can no longer update it. If I delete the app and download it again, will I have to pay for it again?

To update the app, you have to log out of your current Apple ID and log into the App Store with the old ID.


If you want it under the new ID, you'll have to purchase it again.
