Can’t download iMovie from AppStore

i can’t install it from AppStore and can’t stop downloading - icon of download progress is always empty and when I push it, nothing happen

rebooting iPad and logging out from my apple account didn’t help

iMovie problem on iPad Pro 11inch 2020 Hello, hopefully someone can help me with this problem. Yesterday I took delivery of my brand new iPad Pro, which I am delighted with, however, when I click on iMovie it says that I need to purchase it from the App Store, which is fine so I go into the App Store but all it shows is the download circle with the stop square in the middle, no option to buy. I have tried stopping the non-existent download but to no avail. I have also tried logging out of the App Store and also downloaded the latest iPadOS update. Has anyone else ever encountered this problem? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Ps I am typing this on the magic keyboard case and it is fantastic! I honestly didn’t think I would find it as useful.
