can't setup iphone 7 model A1660

Hi

Bought an iphone7 on Amazon, it was working fine, never fell or anything, now I cannot activate it nor update the OS

Tried with itune and keep receiving same error

I heard that the models A1660 may have a problem in hardware and was wondering how and if possible to get it fixed or replaced
