I have Apple TV 3. How do I activate or play Apple Music on it? It is signed into my iCloud and iTunes account. I had Tune Matching before and that is on. But nothing indicates that Apple Music is even available on my Apple TV.
Unfortunately, Apple Music is not supported for that model.
Apple Music on the Apple TV box requires Apple TV (4th generation or later).
You can of course AirPlay music to your model Apple TV, but I realize that is not the same experience.
