Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I understand your daughter is experiencing an issue with iMessage conversations loading at the start of the conversation with every new message.

The first step if not already done, would be to restart the device. A restart is a simple step that can resolve a variety of issue. You can see how to do that here: Restart your iPhone

If this continues after restarting, try deleting a current conversation and then starting a new one to see if the same behavior happens with a new conversation.

Were you also able to test if the behavior happens in a new conversation? Also, is it happening in every conversation? Is it happening with both iMessage and text message conversations? We definitely want to get to the bottom of this as well!
