This is a quote from a letter that a relative received from their son: “He or she will not have access to their phones until the end of each phase. Phone calls are a privilege not a right, they’re only earned when they meet all standards for that designated phase. Your Trainee will have to meet the standard set forth by the chain-of-command in order to receive that phone privilege.”
