Am I blocked or just overthinking?!

So my boyfriend is away at Basic Training for the army. I sent a message on Tuesday and it said delivered but when i sent another one on Thursday it never said delivered. Then I tried again and just sent it as an SMS and it send “delivered as a text message”. So I tried to send another normal one and it never said delivered. I don’t know if he’s blocked me or his phone is just off. Does it mean he has no service? Or he’s blocked me? Help Im literally freaking out!!!

I tried texting one of my friends but it says “not delivered” For some reason, I tried texting one of my friends on iMessages, and it says “not delivered”. I tried texting another person and it worked. Also I have 3 bars of internet and i’m not blocked from my friend. Why does this happen?

Boyfriends iPhone is no longer in service I have been trying to reach my boyfriend. i found out he doesn’t have service on his phone as of this afternoon. I have an iPhone as well and I sent him a few texts that showed in blue but did not say delivered and later tonight I texted again and they show in green now. I called and he still has no service so is he receiving any of my texts?
