AppStore and iTunes not working

Every time I try to download an app or song I get a notification saying that my account is disabled in iTunes and AppStore. At first it was just frustrating but then the zoom app needed updated and it won’t let me update. I have a birthday party in a zoom call for my best friend and I need to be able to use it. Anyone know what to do?
