Unable to Purchase in App Purchases: Bitlife

I’ve been trying to buy Bitizen in Bitlife although whenever I press “Get it Now!”, I immediately get a “never-ending” loading screen. I’ve tried signing out of my Apple account, turning the phone off completely, deleting then re-downloading the app, and nothing seems to work.

The loading circle rotates & sometimes the notifications bar disappears rendering the screen frozen. Then i have to turn off the screen & wake it again & the app purchase password doesn’t show . can’t install app I was able to download an app used by our company. Could not proceed with the installation as the downloaded app seems to be empty.
