Iphone 11 pro max battery health

Hello, i have iphone 11 pro max. I purchased 4 months ago and yesterday I checked my Bettery health is 95 percent.. how it is possible.. now suggests me what to do.. and i am using iPhone series iphone 3gs to iphone 11 pro max all iphone but i saw this Bettery health problem in this iphone to early health down so tell me fast asap what to do.
