If yes: Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup – Apple Support
If no, you might be able to sign in with the same Apple ID and see what has synced over from iCloud.

Your old iPhone is "Busted and does not work at all" and therefore you cannot use it to transfer any data directly to your new iPhone.
Do you have any back up files created from your old iPhone either on iCloud and/or your computer? You can restore your new iPhone from those back up files.
