iMovie Restarts Macbook

Hey everyone! I have been using iMovie for around three years now and this problem has never occurred before. I have recently been trying to edit a iMovie video, but while halfway through editing, my MacBook Pro randomly restarts. I then continued editing and around twenty minutes later, my laptop restarts again. I have now experienced this issue about ten - fifteen times.

I have tried to find out what the issue was, and narrowed it down to the specific video I was working on.

If anyone is able to help, that would be great!

How did you narrow it down? Do other projects with different clips in them work fine? Do the restarts happen at the same points each time? Try scrolling through the time line at those points and look for black frames, white flashes, artifacts or any other signs of corruption that might trigger this. Cut out any that you see.

Since it is easy to do try resetting the NVRAM or PRAM, although this issue would be fairly rare:
