My apple tv is not connecting to the network

I had it connected and working for almost 5/6 years and it just stopped connecting to the internet last week..

Apple TV HD, tvOS 13

I would


  1. disconnect both router and appletv for 30sec and see if that fix it
  2. if it's connected by ethernet I would try another port and or cable
