If I change my sim card will I loose all my data
I have a iPhone SE. My provider, Virgin media, have sent me a new sim card , I did not ask for it. If I use the new card how can I ensure my data will not be lost?

You wont lose any data, by changing the sim card. Always back up your phone regularly.
