So this update has COVID tracking
Covid tracking with no prior consent? I understand the contact less tracing but with out prior consent to track my data.

You must give consent for the feature to be activated, and you must first install an app that can use the feature before you activate it. And you sort of half understand that it does not track your data, even when enabled.
