Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I can't make new vips on my computer when I'm on my apple email. I click on the persons email to make it a vip and put in all their info but it won't let me save it no matter how many times I press the save button. I press save but nothing happens. It works on my phone but not on my laptop. btw this is on the browser of my HP Pavilion laptop.

Once you click on the sender's name, there is no info to "put in" as you stated. I'm not sure if this because you're on a different browser with the HP, but when I perform the procedure (using Safari), I click on the sender's name and then check the VIP box.
