Email won't let me make vips

I can't make new vips on my computer when I'm on my apple email. I click on the persons email to make it a vip and put in all their info but it won't let me save it no matter how many times I press the save button. I press save but nothing happens. It works on my phone but not on my laptop. btw this is on the browser of my HP Pavilion laptop.

VIP folder not working properly. ALL emails showing in VIP folder when I mark any contacts. My VIP folder was working fine. A couple of days ago I marked a new contact as a VIP. When I went to my VIP folder I had all emails in that folder. This is happening on Iphone & Ipad. It seemed to happen after my update to 17.02. Just did the 17.03 last night. Still working the same.

VIP mail box contains emails from non VIP senders - Ventura and Mail 16 Hello everyone, i have a little trouble with the VIP Mailbox. It now contains just about every email from any sender that is not a VIP. Not junk mail, but just normal mail. These emails don't show the vip star when opened. Anybody else has this issue? Maybe it's a problem that will be fixed in an update? I use Mail 16.0 under Ventura 13.3.1 I would love to be able to manage the VIPs in some sort of list, but I don't think that this was ever possible. I always had to click next to the sender's address in an email to ut them in and out of the vip box.

VIP mailbox not displaying full list of emails marked as VIP My contacts that I have marked as VIPs are not all showing up on my iPhone. The date of the emails stops at March 2023 and then pick up a year earlier (2022) but then ends. I have contacts marked as VIPs with emails dating back 10+years. The VIP function works fine on my Mac desktop. Not sure when this started - but I just noticed it after the most recent iOS update.

Once you click on the sender's name, there is no info to "put in" as you stated. I'm not sure if this because you're on a different browser with the HP, but when I perform the procedure (using Safari), I click on the sender's name and then check the VIP box.
