What the heck apple? After updating my phone on 6/19/20 it now reads it needs to restore. My phone has been blinking the apple logo for hours. I am trying to restore it with iTunes. I had 3 failed attempts. I am trying one more time. Apple owes me a new iPhone X. This is ridiculous. This came all of the sudden.

Sounds like you have had a hardware failure. Are you connecting it to your computer to restore it?

Yes. I need a new phone. This cannot happen again. This was an issue that came about with the update.
My past iCloud back ups are no longer available. I lost all content.
Now it tells me to connect to Mac or to a PC with iTunes. I am connecting and nothing.
