Problem integrating my hardware synth and logic

I'm having a tough time integrating my Moog Sub Phatty and Logic pro(10.5.1).I usually open up the External Instrument Pluggin in Logic and select my hardware's name on the Midi Destination and on the Input section, specify the same audio input channel that my synth is routed to on my Audio Interface(RME-babyface).

I've connected my synth via usb, straight into my Mac and an audio out from the SubPhatty to the input of my Audio Interface with an audio cable.

Am i doing the right thing or i need to watch out for something?

My SubPhatty firmware version is 2.2.0

SubPhatty Editor version is 2.2.0

I suppose these are the latest ones.

MacOS Mojave.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

You are using a Software Instrument Track.

The Track is Record Enabled

In Logic's Preferences/Audio is the Baby Face set as bothe the Input and Output device. do you have Phones/Speakers plugged into the Babyface for monitoring?

In Logic Preferences/Audio/General tab Software Monitoring is enabled?

Are you sure you have audio coming into Logic, can you see the input meter register on the Babyface.

Does the Babyface have a software configuration applet, it may need to be adjusted for monitoring?
