Syncing MicroKorg Midi clock with Logic Pro X

I am running Logic Pro X 10.4.8 on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.13.6, Using a Focusrite Interface with a Microkorg synth. I am trying to get Logic to be the master so that my Microkorg arpeggiator is in sync with the tempo of my Logic song. I have Midi cable going from Focusrite midi OUT to Korg MIDI IN, and from Korg midi OUT to Focusrite midi IN. I am not sure what settings I need to have in Logic Midi Sync. I have my MicroKorg set to midi channel 1 but not sure what other settings need to happen in the Korg. Logic sees the Korg as a midi driver when i set up a midi instrument, but i'm trying to use the Korg audio outs with the arpeggiator in the same tempo. When i change the Korg tempo it changes and is not in sync with Logic.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Look in the korg manual in the MIDI section, you are looking for an internal/external MIDI sync, set to external!

It is a setting on the Korg, Set MIDI Clock to External.

We can help with,Logic but it's up to you to learn the Korg hardware. Look in the korg manual in the MIDI section, you are looking for an internal/external MIDI sync, set to external! Your audio outs of the Korg go into the Focustire audio in.

In Logic's Project Settings you will find Synchronization. Select the MIDI tab then click the checkmark for Destination 1. Then in the selector right below choose the Focusrite MIDI out. This should get you started.
