my apple id password is different on my mac and my phone and icloud how do i fix this

im confused my apple id seems to have different passwords on my mac, mp iphone and icloud. and sometimes there's an administrative password? all this used to be the same. i cannot allow calls on otherdevices because it says favetime and icloud must be signed in on the same apple id
