Exercise app is not accurate

I am not getting credit for my Exercise minutes anymore....yesterday I did a brisk walk for 3.29 miles over 62 minutes and only got credit for 23 minutes...today I did the same for 2.12 miles over 40 minutes and only got credit for 27 minutes. It has been working fine until yesterday....I recalibrated it yesterday with no luck...anyone else having this issue?

To earn 1 minute of exercise credit(green ring);

Travel a full minute at a brisk walking pace(3.3 mph approx) or above.

Raise your heart rate to approx 75% of your maximum.

When you're at around or above this heart rate for the entire minute you'll receive 1 exercise minute credit.

If you pause or slow down then you won't get any exercise credit.
