Problems with my exercise app

When I’m walking I don’t get credit for my whole time my walk may take 20+ minutes and I only get credit for three or four what’s the problem

Exercise app is not accurate I am not getting credit for my Exercise minutes anymore....yesterday I did a brisk walk for 3.29 miles over 62 minutes and only got credit for 23 minutes...today I did the same for 2.12 miles over 40 minutes and only got credit for 27 minutes. It has been working fine until yesterday....I recalibrated it yesterday with no luck...anyone else having this issue?
