Contacts syncing

I sold my old iphone to a cousin, however for some reason her contacts keep on syncing to my new iphone and my contacts sync to hers, any reason or solution behind this ?

Contacts help I recently got an IPhone 11 and gave my son my old IPhone 8. I synced my new phone at the store using the cloud and got all my info. My son took his SIM card from his old phone to put in the Iphone8. Now our contacts are linked. If he adds one or deletes one I had it also does the same on my phone and vice versa. How do I fix this issue?

Two iPhones, iCloud contacts not syncing I have a user with two iPhones, both signed into the same Apple ID and contacts, only contacts, are not syncing between them. Any suggestions?

Contacts are still syncing from my mums phone to mine I have recently brought a new phone and my mum is now using my old one. I have logged out of my iCloud on my old phone so that my mum can log into her iCloud. We are both logged into different iClouds and on separate phones but the contacts still get synced to each mobile. I have checked that we don't have each others devices on each others iCloud, so I'm unsure of what else to do to stop the contacts syncing onto each others phone? Any suggestions please?

Before selling the device to her, did you completely logout of the device? And are the both of you sharing an Apple ID?
