Getting this message since June 8 update with failing backup


Two of the disks to back up have the same name. Rename one of the disks named “Macintosh HD”.


How can I correct as there is only 1 Mac HD on the system??

There is a single backup disk, but the "Macintosh HD" drive is listed for backup twice and this is causing an error that indicates you can't backup two disks with the same name. In actuality there is only 1 volume with that name. I don't see where or how I I can delete it in the time machine setup. Catalina update was done a few weeks back...not sure the backup failures started at that time or afterwards...
