Automatically switching to SOS and Sound issue

My phone keeps switching to SOS and I’m having an intermittent sound issue during calls.

the SOS issue is happening all the time now. Before it was every few days.

the sound issue is a lot during the call. I’m talking and about every 2 minutes I’m talking away but the other person can’t hear me and visa versa. I can’t hear them. It lasts for about 10 seconds.
