I am having trouble connecting to Apple TV+ on my Visio tv. The application takes my Apple username and password and generates an access code on my IPhone but there is no place for me to enter the code on the TV screen. Help??
What is your model Apple TV or other streaming device?
If you have an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation), then you may be asked to enter your password and verification code together in the password field.
Besides the adjusted sing-in procedure, there is also a time limit, after which the code becomes invalid.
Try this: First enter the characters of your password (do not submit yet), then manually request a new verification code, then append that code to the password (no spaces or other separating characters), and then submit.
