iPhone will not ring after 13.5.1 update
How can I get my iPhone Xr with 13.5.1 to ring when someone calls me I've already done the basics this is a 13.5.1 issue I am starting to see all over the internet

I must apologize to all as I did get the (mute) red bell with the line running through it to go away and now I hear the phone ringing but I still do not know how I muted the phone in the first place very bizarre.
