Someone else using FaceTime on my number

Hi,

I had a message on my computer saying someone is using my number for FaceTime. I do not use FaceTime so I know it is not me. What do I do?

received notice someone using my apple id I just received notice that someone using my Apple ID signed into Facetime. It was just a quick pop-up screen which I clicked "Okay" on. I can't verify! Is this another Apple glitch? Lately I've been having to unlock my account a lot. I can't use two-step authenticity because I don't own a cell phone. How can I verify that someone else is using my ID?

Hi,

Go to your name top right and select Account.

Look at the Devices info and remove your iPhone if required.

You may need to make sure you are using your full phone number including Country and Area Codes.

It may also pay to remove the iPhone from the listings then change your Password and then add back the iPhone as a "New" device.
