Question

built-in keyboard sometimes stops working

Every so often when I go to use the keyboard/trackpad on MacBook Pro it doesn't allow me to select anything although it will usually move the arrow around. I have to either play with the trackpad to have it start working again or reboot.

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.15

If your MacBook Pro id included following list, you need to fix it up by Apple Service Program.
