ghost Purchases

Just got a message on my phone from apple saying that I have just purchased a game worth $144.99 on my credit card now I know for a fact I didn't purchase the above said game and are trying to get to someone who can delete the message and if money has been taken re-emburce said amount but as usual you can't get to anyone on apple any ideas

If it was an actual charge on your bill, follow this:

If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
