How do I disable Swipe to Go Back a page in Safari for the iphone.

I accidentally swipe and go back and forth a page way too often and it’s so frustrating.

On the Community; I found the following, which appears to imply the Swipe function can be disabled, with one Community Member using the same phone as mine claiming, it works.

Currently I’m using the iPhone SE running 13.5.1

Go to Settings

Go to General

Go to Accessibility

Go to Switch Control

Go to Recipes

Go to "Turn Pages"

There will be various "switches" listed there, such as "left to right swipe." Swipe right and delete those.

Hey, never mind thanking me.

I posted what I found because it didn’t work when I followed the steps on my iPhone, despite a Community member who has the same phone as myself, implying that it has worked,

I’m still stuck with the dreaded Swipe back function, which is totally impractical on a phone such as the iPhone SE due to the size of its screen.
