how can we lock the i phone screen while we are in a call?

If your iPhone proximity is working then it will auto black out the screen when you put the iPhone near your face during a call.
for privacy, when i gave my phone to others when in a call, after disconnecting the call others can access my phone, because its not locking, if i use lock button, its disconnecting the call
You can't do that, you make sure you get your iPhone back straight away after the call.
