When I set up my watch I didn’t select all apps now.

so how do I get more apps on my phone XS to appear on my watch 5

for example Habit burger grill app, Facebook, Chase bank?

Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS 6

you use App Store on the watch

don't believe there is a Facebook one though
