"Apple ID Settings - Some account services will not be available until you sign in again" - iPhone

The issue is that this message does not go away even if I do what it says (details below).

This has been happening to my iPhone for a while, signing out and back into my Apple ID does not fix it (the notification comes back after a few days).

When I click "Continue" it asks for my iPhone's password (NOT my Apple ID password), then after I input the password the notification stays the same, no matter how many times I do it.

I've also tried signing out on my MacBook Pro 2015 (13"), then signing out on the iPhone, and then signing back in on both, and no luck. I also own an iPad, but it does not seem to be affecting the process in any way, while I need my MacBook's password in order to sign in to my Apple ID.

My iPhone is an SE 2020.

This may be your problem, an updating settings problem. Apple is aware of the problem.

Note that some have solved the problem by signing out of iCloud, restarting their devices, and signing back in

I suggest you use my search link (update apple id settings) in trying to solve your problem. You will see a number of links that are related to it. But, note that I have not seen a definitive solution for it.

So I finally know what the problem is. It's my MacBook Pro.

Some time ago there was an issue when updating Windows (installed it through Apple's Bootcamp app) that forced me to wipe my drive, and apparently that created a copy of my computer on my iCloud devices. I found this out by erasing my computer from my devices and another one appears, with the name it used to have before I wiped my hard drive. By logging out of iCloud on my MacBook Pro the "Apple ID settings" notification goes away almost instantly

I'll try logging out of my account on my MacBook Pro, erasing the computers in my iCloud settings, then wiping the drive and installing everything again.
