Ipad Mini 2 disabled passcode

I got an error when restoring my ipad. It says - "There was a problem downloading the software for the iPad "iPad". You do not have enough access privileges for this operation.


Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later."


I already attempted to repeat same steps for restoring my iPad, but to no avail.


What to do?

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPad to factory settings.


Please refer to the following Apple Support documents.


If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
