"Get Info" option under File is missing

How can I get the "Get Info" option back in Mac Air Catalina?

If you mean for the Finder, then it's still there as is the shortcut, Command-I. Get Info is also accessible by CTRL- or RIGHT-clicking on the item's icon, CTRL- or RIGHT-click and select Get Info from the context menu.
