Keyboard '0' (zero) button registering on touch / tap after clicking
Hi everyone,
I've recently purchased a brand new MacBook Pro 13" 2020 from the Apple Store. I've noticed that whilst using the laptop I often find duplicated '0's (zeros) appearing in my documents. For example, 8 + 2 = 1000 (clearly this should be 10).
After some short trail and error I've found that after pressing the '0' (zero) button down on the keyboard an extremely light touch or tap of the button (without the button being pressed down) will register another '0'. Continuous light tapping of the button will add as many zeros as taps, 00000000 ...
I assume this isn't an issue in particular with just the zero button and could potentially affect any of the buttons.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does the issue resolve itself after some use? Is this a case whereby I need to take this back to the Apple store?
Many thanks,
Ben
