I tried but your Authorized center is telling that Apple Mac Pro model A1297 17 inch late 2011 is a vintage product and they will not help neither in the diagnosis nor to change the battery or the MagSafe port.
Why Apple Authorized service center is not helping on the easy task like to check or changing the MagSafe port or to order and change the laptop battery model A1383 and the internal speaker, to let it run. My Mac Pro 17 inch core i7 is still good to run but without your support, I am getting into trouble. Moreover because you never see or provide a repair video or parts check in front of customer, they are not fixing some of the internal screws which I saw when I have to open the lower case to note down the “going dead” battery configuration. Please any help will be good here. After that my laptop is not showing charging port color to green, or amber color. Only dim green light. Not able to on the laptop yet. Please if you provide little service to changing the battery and placing the new internal speaker then my same laptop will be good for few more years. Please help.
