Does anyone know how you get the Bluetooth app out of your control centre when You swipe up please?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

Is the automatic "Turn on" feature for Bluetooth actually useful? Does anyone actually find this bluetooth feature helpful where it automatically turns back on the next day from control centre? I use bluetooth a lot but I don't see the point of not just being able to turn it off fully from control centre.

App clip is displayed for privacy even though it is not using Bluetooth Even though we’re turning off Bluetooth, the app clip is displayed in the privacy. Is it possible not to allow apps due to privacy restrictions? It seems that there used to be that setting item, but it doesn't exist now. Bluetooth is not allowed due to privacy restrictions.

Turn-off Bluetooth App Suggestion When I connect to Bluetooth, since updating to iOS 14 a banner comes up at the bottom of the screen suggesting I open a particular app based on what I normally do with Bluetooth on. How can I get rid of this?
