I'm trying to uninstall and trash webroot from my mac. when i try to move it to trash it says: "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items." I didn't pay to renew and I don't want it. How can i get rid of it, please?

Well it appears that after all my attempts yesterday, something did work. When I logged back in just now, webroot was gone and I could send its remains to the trash! Yay!
