My Apple Watch is still on Apple logo

It’s not responding there is no update bar. You can’t shut off the Apple Watch with a slider. I put the Apple Watch back on its charger the Apple logo appears and disappears and reappears again and does this several times. I take it off the charger the Apple logo disappears to a blank screen. I woke up like this when it was charging overnight
